Comments
OOHC can be split into 3 care arrangements:
- Statutory care
- Supported Care
- Voluntary Care
A child’s legal PR Group is used to determine which care category/arrangement they fall into, such as PR to Minister, Guardianship, Aftercare, etc.
A child can move from one care arrangement to another without exiting OOHC.
A child will only be included in a care arrangement of statutory/supported/voluntary OOHC while they are in an approved OOHC placement.
