Definition
A count of unique individual clients who received Family Connect and Support (FCS) services in the reporting period.
These clients have a client record created in the Data Exchange where client details and demographic information are collected. The client must receive a service under the FCS program and that service must lead to a measurable outcome. The client attendance has occurs in the specified time period to be counted.
