Value Meaning Start Date End Date
Permissible Values Category 1 [Red] Considered to be a high hazard - Forests with a lot of eucalypt trees
Category 2 [Light Orange] Considered to be a low hazard - Rainforests and smaller areas of vegetation
Category 3 [Orange] Considered to be a medium hazard - Land that is covered with grass
Buffer [Yellow] Considered to be bush fire prone - 100 metres from Category 1 vegetation or 30 metres for Category 2 or 3 vegetation
