A count of cases with a paired Community SCORE

A paired community SCORE reports initial and follow up Community SCOREs for multiple sessions within the case. For example: a series of workshops, forums, or information sessions. It is only to be recorded when the same group of clients attend 2 or more sessions, or it is not practical or relevant to collect information from individual clients (e.g. interagency).

It is measured at the beginning and the end of service provision. This could be at the beginning and end of a one-off session, or a series of recurring sessions. A group can be rated in one outcome domain or across multiple outcome domains. The average difference between the first and last score is shown to demonstrate change over the course of service provision.

To get paired a Community SCORE, the Assessment IDs are grouped by Case ID, Activity ID, Service Type ID, Outcome Type and Outcome Domain. The earliest of the paired scores takes the Assessment ID from the first Session Conducted DateSession ID and where Assessment Type has the value 'Pre-SCORE'.

The latest of the paired SCORE is calculated for each Reporting Period, within the same grouping of Case ID, Activity ID, Service Type ID, Outcome Type and Outcome Domain. If there is not a latest score paired with the earliest score in a Reporting Period for a particular grouping of  Case ID, Activity ID, Service Type ID, Outcome Type and Outcome Domain, there is no earliest or latest paired community score for that Reporting Period.
