Definition
The Targeted Earlier Intervention (TEI) interactive dashboard provides key information about service delivery, client cohorts, and client and community outcomes. It supplements the TEI Annual Report that is published annually, with granular level of data and the ability to drill down to different dimensions and breakdowns.
The interactive dashboard provides key stakeholders with useful insights and data analyses about the progress of the TEI program, whether key target groups are being reached and positive client outcomes are being achieved. It also helps to track performance against set targets for data collection and reporting and supports local service design, delivery and planning.
