Comments

When the Helpline assesses a report as meeting the ROSH threshold, the response priority is an indication of how quickly an investigation should be initiated. The more immediate the associated risk to the safety and wellbeing of a child/young person, the quicker the recommended response priority. Other/missing includes those reports marked as "no response required" and those with the required information left blank.

Data limitations:

  • Nil.

Data source:

  • KiDS – Corporate Information Warehouse (CIW) for annual data up to 2016-17
  • ChildStory – Corporate Information Warehouse (CIW) for annual data from 2017-18.

For 2017-18, Not Applicable (N/A) mainly relates to ROSH reports for additional children recorded at field assessment hence, final response priority is not applicable.
