Definition

The number of individual TEI clients in the safety and wellbeing stream with a positive difference between their average latest SCORE and the average earliest SCORE.

The measure has been developed for Outcome Budgeting reporting to Treasury for 2021-22 onwards. It shows the proportion of individual clients who have reported improvement in their circumstances following receipt of TEI service or have made progress towards their goals.
