Where the service is mobile in nature, the outlet used should be the nearest administrative premises where staff are based, and where they are likely to be travelling from to deliver the service. In the instance of service delivery at a residential address, the outlet should reflect where staff are based or travelling from. In the instance of service delivery at a protected address or refuge, the outlet can use an address of a non-identifiable, public place nearby (such as a post office, police station or shopping centre).
