Value Meaning Start Date End Date
Permissible Values YES A person is homeless if they do not have suitable accommodation alternatives and their current living arrangement: is in a dwelling that is inadequate; has no tenure, or if their initial tenure is short and not extendable; or does not allow them to have control of, and access to space for social relations.
NO No
ATRISK A person may be at risk of homelessness in a number of situations including living in housing with major structural problems, residents are in constant threat of violence, living in crowded or improvised dwellings, or persons who are marginally housed in caravan parks.
