Definition
A count of those who identify as having a disability acting as a biological or adoptive parent, legal guardian or any other adult with parental responsibility for meeting basic physical (such as food, clothing, shelter, supervision and medical care) and emotional needs, and responding to the behaviour of a child/young person in their care in a family.
